Children's Worship

Kindergarten - 1st Grade

Our Children’s Worship program is designed to introduce Kindergarten and 1st-grade children to the elements of worship. The children not only learn about worship, but they also participate in worship. Children’s Worship is a special opportunity to be with God, to talk with God, to listen to God, and to hear God’s story. Kindergarten and 1st-grade children are dismissed before the sermon along with the 3- and 4-year-old children. They receive a blessing from the congregation and proceed to their room at the lower level of the education wing, across from the nursery.

Sunday School

Kindergarten - 5th Grade

As part of our commitment to help parents raise their children in the faith, we offer Sunday school for children for all ages. Those in Kindergarten through 5th grade begin at 9 a.m. in the Heritage Room (across the lobby from the sanctuary) for singing and a prayer. They then follow their teacher into age-appropriate classes focused on teaching the elements of the faith. Those classes meet in both the education wing of the main building and in our Ministry Center, located across the parking lot from our main church building. These classes run until 10:15, at which point the children are dismissed and rejoin their families for morning worship.
